We focus on how people work together, make decisions, hold tensions, and bring their best thinking to shared challenges, helping teams build psychological safety and relational trust, while surfacing unspoken dynamics and misalignments. Together, we improve how meetings flow, decisions are made, and responsibilities are shared.
Whether navigating conflict, moving through change, or wanting to collaborate more meaningfully, our sessions create space for the conversations that rarely happen during day-to-day delivery. Sessions are experiential, reflective, and practical — with a focus on both team insight and action.


How We Work
AKANI adopt a relational, humanistic and inquiry-based coaching approach — influenced by frameworks such as narrative coaching, transactional analysis, systemic thinking, and clean language. But most of all, we bring presence, curiosity and care.
This isn’t about giving advice. It’s about partnering with you to uncover your own insight, challenge unhelpful assumptions, and make the changes you choose to make.
